Hi all, Hope you are all having a good weekend, I've just sat down to watch the Scotland v Ireland match and wanted to write a quick post. Weight Loss and Cardio! I have seen a few people running on the treadmill in excess of 40 minutes recently. Don't get me wrong, if you are training for endurance thats fine (even though outdoor running would be better) however, doing in excess of 40 minutes is far too much to do in one go. I have proof of this, just check this out below. |

Hi all, I have moved our blog to help us keep track of it better. I have been through this once before but the penny still hasn't dropped for some. I want to talk about......................... INTENSITY LEVELS.
Picture this scene, I enter the gym and run into a guy who says to me, "I have been training now for a month and I have not seen any difference in my weight or my shape".
Oh dear I think!
I then have a20minute conversation with this guy discussing his goals and what he is actually doing when in the gym. |
